SecuRope overhead safety line is much appreciated as industrial safety devices, particularly for maintenance work at industrial halls. Indeed, these configurations induce a position of the lifeline system above the user, which reduces the fall distance. A short fall distance is particularly important in industrial buildings, where fall clearance is reduced and work is performed above machinery. As the lifeline can also be installed high over the user, it is suitable for production halls and applications as train maintenance fall protection systems.
Advantages
- Up to 4 users
- Freehand system
- Undeformable system
- Also for curved sections (minimum radius: 300mm)
- Energy absorbing on intermediate anchors
- The glider passes smoothly over NEO anchor with a retractable fall arrester
- Can be used with retractable fall arresters
- Often used in the industry for works above machines, with a distance between the lifeline and the walkways up to 7m
- Can be installed in corrosive environments
Applications
- Fall arrest
- Fall restraint
- Maintenance of industrial halls (e.g. gantry cranes and overhead crane systems)
- Maintenance of architectural highlights and monuments roofs
- Maintenance of commercial office and mall roofs
- Maintenance of trucks and trains
NEO SecuRope Lifeline system between two walls and on wall configuration

Glider and intermediate anchor NEO with fixing assembly
The fixing assembly enables a gap between the ceiling and the wire rope large enough to let the glider pass easily. The glider equipped with rollers enables a smooth gliding even with a retractable fall arrester block. The SecuRope overhead is a lifeline with reduced cable deflection.

Bespoke fixing brackets
AvrasyaSafetyUK's engineering department adapted the SecuRope system to particular requirements. CAD modelling of fixing brackets using clamps to maintain a steady distance between lifelines and walkways.
